Ceres Research Consultants offers professional consultancy services in all aspects of Further and Higher Education in Britain.  In particular, Ceres helps students gain entry to colleges and universities on courses ranging from vocational or first degree courses to entrance to research degrees or MBAs.

Ceres also has links with educational institutions in Malaysia and the Far East.

In addition, in UK Ceres offers a student visits, monitoring and liaison service for companies, the military, government departments and overseas universities.

A third major area of service is an occupational testing service in Arabic or English for recruiting and selecting all personnel for all levels within companies, military, government departments or universities.

All consultants associated with the Company are graduates of British universities and are drawn from disciplines as diverse as Law, Psychology, English Language teaching and Science.

Phil Raper is the Director of Ceres and is a Social Scientist with an expertise in Occupational Testing and English Language teaching.  He served for seven years in the British Navy and recently for six years in the Education and Training Branch of a G.C.C. military force.  He is based in Britain now, but travels widely within the Middle East.
